These terms apply when you use this website or book an appointment with GENTS SALON barbers.

Booking an appointment
A booking is confirmed once you reach the confirmation page and receive a booking reference. We will also email you a confirmation where we hold a valid email address for you.
Prices and durations shown on this website are current at the time of booking. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where we cannot provide the service, for example if a barber is unexpectedly unavailable. We will contact you to rearrange and you will not be charged.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website. Payment is made in the shop at the end of your appointment. We accept card and cash.
Cancellations and lateness
Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or rebook you, as the chair will be needed for the next client.
Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before accepting future bookings.
Our services
We will carry out your service with reasonable care and skill. We will always discuss what you want before starting.
Please tell your barber about any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities before your service begins. We cannot be held responsible for reactions we were not told about.
Results depend on your hair type, its condition and its growth pattern. We cannot guarantee an exact match to a photograph.
Children
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must remain in the shop for the duration of the appointment.
Website use
The content of this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free from errors.
You may not use this website to make fraudulent bookings or to interfere with its operation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, our liability in connection with a service is limited to the price paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
