Booking & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Everything you need to know about booking with us, changing an appointment, and what happens if plans change.
This is a starter template
It is written as a reasonable starting point for a UK barbershop, but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Have a qualified legal professional review and adapt this document before relying on it.
In short
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so we can start promptly.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. Call us on 07840 029770 and quote your booking reference.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we have to shorten your service or rebook you, as the chair will be needed for the next appointment.
Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings.
Making a booking
You can book online at any time, or call us on 07840 029770 during opening hours.
Online bookings need at least 1 hours' notice, and can be made up to 10 days ahead. If you need something sooner than that, call us — we can often fit you in.
You will get a booking reference on screen as soon as your appointment is confirmed, and by email where we have your address.
Changing or cancelling
Please give at least 2 hours' notice. Call 07840 029770 and quote your booking reference.
Late cancellations mean an empty chair that someone else could have used, which is why we ask.
Running late
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time.
If you are running late, call us. We will hold your slot where we can, but arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we have to shorten the service or rebook you.
No-shows
If you do not turn up and have not told us, the appointment is recorded as a no-show.
Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before accepting future online bookings.
If we have to cancel
Occasionally we may need to cancel — illness, or something outside our control. We will contact you as soon as we know and offer you the first suitable alternative.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a chair free, but booked appointments always take priority. Saturdays are our busiest day by some margin.
