Legal
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
This page explains what cookies this website sets and what each one is for.
This is a starter template
It is written as a reasonable starting point for a UK barbershop, but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Have a qualified legal professional review and adapt this document before relying on it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently.
The cookies we use
This site is deliberately light on cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
- Session cookie (essential) — set only when a member of staff signs in to the admin area. It keeps them signed in and expires when the session ends.
- Security cookie (essential) — protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Third-party content
Our Contact and Home pages embed a Google Map. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. If you would rather not load it, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings — the rest of the site will still work normally.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the admin area from working, but will not affect booking an appointment.
