Our story
GENTS SALON started with a simple idea: Salford deserved a barbershop that took the craft seriously without taking itself too seriously.
We are a proper barbershop. Hot towels, straight razors, sharp scissors and barbers who have spent years learning how to read a head of hair rather than just running clippers over it. Every cut starts with a conversation, because the difference between a good haircut and a great one is usually understanding what you actually want.
You will find us on Chapel Street, a few minutes from Salford Central. Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but booking ahead is the surest way to get the barber and the time you want.

Alex is the man to see for a fade. Textured crops, drop fades, burst fades — if you bring a photo, he will tell you honestly whether it will work with your hair, then deliver it.
